We will not meet on Tuesday, December 24. We can discuss meeting on Tuesday, December 31, but my guess is that most people would rather just come to the New Year’s party and celebrate New Year’s eve at home or elsewhere.

We will have our annual holiday party on Wednesday, January 1 beginning at 4pm. Please come, and tell everyone you know to bring everyone they know. Let me know if you think you’re coming, and what, if anything you would like to bring.

We have sometimes skipped meetings on an election evening, because I work at the polls and can only rarely get home in time to participate. But this time people seem to be enthusiastic about getting together without me. So you should still let me know if you’re coming, but we’re expecting there to be a quorum.

Note that these days we have a designated warmup piece (currently Arcadelt, Nous voyons que les hommes) for a few weeks at a time. If you plan to come, and can’t print it out yourself, ask someone to do it for you. Normally I would say to ask me, but at the moment my printer looks completely normal, but is refusing to listen to either of my working computers.

No meeting. People were skipping off to other states, scheduling surgery, getting caught in work crunches…

We’ll be using the Arcadelt Nous voyons que les hommes for the warmup piece for the next couple of weeks. It’s a dropin group, so you can’t complain if people straggle in late, but if there are people sitting waiting to play, you should start playing. So we’ll try a three part warmup for a bit.
