Concert
This week’s SOHIP concert,
If Music Be the Food of Loved, by the 7 Hills
Renaissance Wind Band, should have some good
Renaissance music performed by friends of ours. (Nathaniel Cox, cornetto – Matthew Groves, sackbut – Elizabeth Hardy, woodwinds – Liza Malamut, sackbut – Daniel Meyers, sackbut and recorder
Catherine Stein, woodwinds and voice – Matthew Stein, dulcian
Daniel Stillman, woodwinds). I heard some of the Zucchini at Amherst,
and it was the kind of unknown music that’s just
as good as the stuff everybody knows. Tonight at at 8:00pm
The Chapel at West Parish
210 Lowell Street
Andover, MA and tomorrow at 8:00pm
Art Gallery at
University Lutheran Church
66 Winthrop Street
Cambridge, MA.
