An old man crying; half-length, bearded, eyes closed, standing behind a table, holding a handkerchief with his right hand and wiping tears; proof before letters.

We meet Tuesdays at 7:45 pm, at 233 Broadway, Cambridge, as
long as enough people have told me by Monday night that they want
to come.
Walk for Hunger
Plans for the Walk for Hunger are coming along. We have a
quartet who will be alternating sets with us, so
everyone will have breaks long enough to get to
the bathroom.
It’s on May 6, and we’ll be playing from 11 to 4. If you can
come, please let me know soon.

Walk for Hunger
Walk for Hunger, 2010
We have again been asked to play for the Walk for
Hunger. This will be on Sunday, May 6. This
year we will be playing from 11 to 4, instead of
our former 10 to 3.
This year it will be mostly a recorder group. We are again
looking for a group that could alternate with us
so that everybody gets good breaks. We’d also
like to recruit some recorder players who like
playing Renaissance dance music to play with us. I’m planning on
just one rehearsal, so they should be reasonably
good sightreaders. Encourage anyone you know who
might be willing to help to talk to me about the details.

to come. This will be true as usual for
Tuesday, January 2.
The party is on Monday, January 1, starting at 4pm. There are more
details and printable invitations at the
blog entry.
