Schedule

We generally meet on Tuesdays (7:45pm, 233 Broadway) as long as enough people have
told me by Monday night that they want to come.

An exception will be Tuesday, July 19, when I will be attending
the Amherst Early Music Festival.

We continue to meet on Tuesdays, as long as enough people have
told me by Monday night that they want to come. The meetings
begin at 7:45pm and are held at 233 Broadway, Cambridge.

(non)Meeting report

People were gallivanting around all over the place, so nobody
wanted to come to a regular meeting. But our devoted fans still
want us to continue to transcribe and proofread music, so 4 of us
got together and read Il
estoit une fillette by Clément
Jannequin.

John Tyson had
specifically asked for that one. He swears it’s because it’s a
particularly good articulation exercise, and not because of the text.

Other Event

John Tyson’s student recital for this year will take place at
Lindsey Chapel, First Congregational Church, Cambridge at 11:30am
on Saturday, June 4. I’ll be playing a Canzon by Selma y
Salaverde. It’s a good way to go hear lots of recorder playing.
